Donais Law Offices, PLLC is supported by two paralegals and a receptionist/administrative assistant:
Jennifer Cunningham: Jennifer is our legal administrator who oversees our firm’s day to day operation including accounts payable and receivable. Jennifer is also a paralegal who assists the attorneys in their trial preparations. Jennifer has been actively working in the legal field for over seven years and has extensive federal and state Court experience. She has worked in a variety of fields including personal injury, insurance defense, family law, civil litigation, criminal law, and much more. She has her Associates Degree in Criminal Justice, Bachelor’s Degree in Paralegal Studies and is enrolled in the Southern New Hampshire University’s Masters of Business Administration program. Jennifer is from Derry and is mother of two school age children.
Amanda Gilman: Amanda is our firm’s primary paralegal who assists the attorneys in case management, preparation of pleadings, forms, correspondence and the firm’s docket management system. Amanda has been working in the legal field for over seven years, including an internship at the Hillsborough County Superior Court Southern District. Amanda has extensive experience in the areas of family law, personal injury and collections. Amanda has assisted attorneys in several multi-day divorce and personal injury trials before the Marital and Superior Courts in the State of New Hampshire. Amanda is from Nashua, the mother of two rescue hounds and actively participates as the Souhegan High School Varsity Spirit Coach and a independent beauty consultant for Mary Kay.
Jennifer Cavanaugh: Jennifer is the firm’s legal assistant who assists the staff in the day-to-day operation of the firm. Jennifer holds her Bachelor’s in Criminal Justice and a Paralegal Certificate from Northern Essex Community College. Jennifer is from Derry and a mother of two young children.
